How it works

One company for the whole fire code.

You have a hood to clean and a stack of fire-code deadlines behind it, each with its own vendor and its own date. We take all of it: we clean the system to bare metal, put every deadline on one calendar, and schedule the licensed trades as your agent.

The model

Clean it. Calendar it. Coordinate it.

We clean it

Our crews degrease your full exhaust system to bare metal per NFPA 96 — hood, filters, accessible duct, rooftop fan. Quarterly for most kitchens, monthly for solid-fuel and heavy wok lines. Every visit leaves a dated sticker, before/after photos, and a same-day report.

We calendar it

Extinguishers, alarm, sprinkler, backflow, emergency lighting — every fire-code deadline goes on one calendar and is tracked ahead of time, so nothing lapses and no inspection catches you off guard.

We coordinate the trades

We schedule the licensed specialists as your agent, chase down any deficiency, and file every certificate to one marshal-ready page. Those trades are separately licensed and bill you directly — we handle the coordination.

Who it’s for

Built for kitchens that actually cook.

Full-service restaurants

Independents and small local groups running grills, fryers, and multi-hood lines.

Multi-unit operators

Franchisees and groups with 3–20 locations — one plan, every kitchen on the same calendar.

Solid-fuel & wok-heavy kitchens

Wood- and charcoal-fired kitchens and high-grease wok lines that need a monthly cycle to stay ahead.

Ghost kitchens & food halls

Shared and high-throughput kitchens where several hoods need one accountable point of contact.

Bars, breweries & hotels

Kitchens attached to a bigger operation, where fire compliance is easy to let slip.

Institutional kitchens

Cafeterias and facility kitchens that answer to inspectors and need clean documentation.

Not every kitchen needs us. If you run a no-hood café or a corporate-managed national with compliance handled upstream, we’re probably not the right fit — and we’ll tell you so.

One accountable point of contact

We schedule the licensed trades as your agent. They contract with and bill you directly — we coordinate the calendar, chase the deficiencies, and keep every certificate on one page, so you have one number to call instead of five.

Questions

The details operators ask about first.

Do you actually do the cleaning, or just schedule it?

We deliver the clean — a trained crew degreases your full exhaust system to bare metal using the NFPA 96 process, and leaves you a dated sticker, photos, and a report. For the other fire-code trades (extinguisher, sprinkler, alarm, backflow), we schedule the licensed specialists as your agent so it all runs through one company.

How often do you clean?

Most kitchens run quarterly. Solid-fuel kitchens (wood, charcoal) and heavy wok lines carry a much higher grease load and run on a monthly cycle. NFPA 96 ties cleaning frequency to how greasy your cooking is — we set the cycle to match.

What's on the compliance calendar?

Your hood-cleaning cycle plus fire extinguisher service, fire alarm inspection, sprinkler/suppression inspection, backflow testing, and emergency and exit lighting. Every date is tracked ahead of time and filed on one page.

Are you licensed?

Kitchen exhaust cleaning is not a licensed state trade in Minnesota; where a city requires a local cleaning license or per-job permit, we handle that side. The specialist fire-protection trades we schedule are separately licensed and bring their own credentials, insurance, and certificates, which we file to your account.

What does it cost?

The Clean is $449 per visit ($150 per additional hood; solid-fuel about $349 on a monthly cycle). The Maintenance Plan is $159 a month per location ($139 multi-unit), and its first month is free with your first clean. Full detail is on the pricing page.

What if a fire marshal cites me anyway?

If you're cited on hood cleanliness inside our service cycle, we re-clean it free. Keeping you off that list is the entire point.
