Lyvera Safety provides commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and fire-compliance coordination, and is a service of Aspiring for Success LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lyvera Safety.

• Booking information. When you book or contact us, you may share your business name, your name, email address, phone number, and details about your kitchen — number of locations and hoods, fuel type, and any notes.
• Service records. Once you are a customer, we keep the reports, photos, certificates, and compliance dates associated with your service.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our servers automatically record standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This helps us keep the site secure and running.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party tracking pixels on this website.

• Respond to your messages and schedule your service.
• Deliver cleaning and coordinate the fire-compliance calendar.

How we share information

Where you ask us to coordinate other licensed trades (such as sprinkler, alarm, or extinguisher service), we share the information those vendors need to schedule and perform their work for you. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
