Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Lyvera Safety website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on that business’s behalf.

2. What Lyvera Safety is

Lyvera Safety provides commercial kitchen exhaust (hood) cleaning to NFPA 96 standards and coordinates other licensed fire-protection trades on behalf of its customers. Lyvera Safety is a service of Aspiring for Success LLC. Lyvera Safety is not a fire marshal, code official, or government agency, and final responsibility for fire-code compliance rests with the kitchen operator.

3. Services and the service agreement

The specific terms of any service — including scope, pricing, scheduling, billing, cancellation, and the free re-clean guarantee — are set out in a separate Hood Cleaning & Maintenance Service Agreement between you and Aspiring for Success LLC. Where Lyvera Safety schedules other licensed trades (for example fire extinguisher, sprinkler, alarm, backflow, or emergency-lighting service), it does so as your agent; those licensed vendors contract with and bill you directly, and Lyvera Safety does not warrant their work.

4. Bookings and payment

A booking submitted through the Site is a request, not a contract. A service relationship begins when we confirm your service and you enter the service agreement. Recurring charges and card-on-file authorization, where applicable, are governed by that agreement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of any third party;
• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or impersonate any person or entity;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or its data; or
• scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including software, text, graphics, logos, and the Lyvera Safety name and marks — are owned by Aspiring for Success LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Site for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Lyvera Safety does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing on the Site is legal or code-compliance advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspiring for Success LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. 9. Changes to these terms

Lyvera Safety may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
